Introduction

I am motivated by encouraging a sense of vision, personal development, and goal setting for myself and people who are on a journey of positive change and growth.

My life experiences and job history has enabled me to work with a wide range of people, maintaining a sense of empathy and sensitivity, whilst ensuring integrity and assertiveness during challenging encounters with people.

In my personal work and life experience, I have learned to say ‘no’ when faced with challenges ensuring boundaries are not crossed and decisions made reflect a realistic and practical outcome.

I have experience in fund-raising strategies with a focus on international projects that seek to bring people together and discuss pertinent issues around identity, politics, gender, social justice issues, and health concerns.

I am particularly interested in identifying systems, streamlining, and using social media (particularly blog writing) as a medium for discussing strategies and processes.

I am a good strategic thinker and I have great attention to detail with a background in evaluation and assessment work with Non-Government Organizations (NGOs) in Asia and the Pacific.
